1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or establishing an account on Trade Matrix CRM ("the Platform"), you consent to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these policies in full, you may not register for or use the portal modules.
2 Description of Service
Trade Matrix CRM delivers an integrated multi-tenant SaaS workspace hosting: client registries, HR clock simulators, fee schedule controllers with Stripe integration, and interactive webinar modules.
3 User Responsibilities
As a tenant or registered user, you represent and agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete registration details during workspace setup.
- Protect and maintain security of active passwords and dashboard keys.
- Deploy the portal features in strict alignment with regional laws.
4 Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance at monthly or yearly intervals depending on the chosen pricing tier. Accounts failing to reconcile pending payments are subject to standard account suspension procedures.
5 Intellectual Property
The visual interface, structural code layouts, branding elements, and database algorithms are the property of Trade Matrix CRM. Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, or deploy system files without explicit authorization.
6 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Trade Matrix CRM shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime or connection issues. Total liability limits are capped at the sum paid by the tenant in the twelve months prior.
7 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the event of terms violations. Upon cancellation or deletion, workspace data files remain accessible for a 30-day export window before deletion.
8 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. Registered accounts will receive notice of material updates via the configured SMTP contact email.
